To effectively detect the content of PAEs in food, this plan refers to the "National Food Safety Standard for Determination of Phthalates in Food" (GB 5009.271-2016) and uses gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to analyze 18 PAEs in food. This scheme is stable and reliable, with high sensitivity and excellent linearity, and can accurately perform qualitative and quantitative detection of PAEs in food.

This article establishes an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography detection method for benzoic acid, sorbic acid, and sodium saccharin in food based on the standard "GB 5009.28-2016 Determination of Benzoic Acid, Sorbic Acid, and Sodium Saccharin in Food", which can provide reference for the detection of preservatives and sweeteners in food.
