The Dailong developed by Hangzhou Langjie Company ® The series of dynamic controllers are suitable for controlling testing or production line inspection equipment such as fatigue, impact, vibration, dynamic simulation, sports medicine injury, and industrial field servo control. They are widely used in single axis and multi axis fatigue testing machines, torsional fatigue testing machines, instrument pendulum drop testing machines, electromagnetic high-frequency fatigue testing machines, servo pressing machines, and robot control, and all support Ankexin and LabView platforms.
Recently, in addition to the already launched 700, 900, and 921, the Dailong family has added a new member -901.

1、 PCIE interface
From the appearance, the biggest change is the interface:

The Dailong 901 dynamic control card adopts the PCIE2.0 interface protocol developed based on FPGA programmable chips. The upgraded PCIE interface supports the vast majority of computers on the market, such as Lenovo, Dell, HP, Advantech, etc. The speed of PCI is 133MB per second, while PCIE can reach 2GB per second, and the PCIE protocol speed is also 10 times faster than PCI speed.
In order to better utilize the speed of PCIE, we have adopted DMA direct memory access technology this time.
2、 DMA direct memory access
This is a method for high-speed data storage, and the advantage of using this method is that it reduces CPU usage. Simply put, the transfer rate is increased and the computer is not stuck.
Another advantage of using this technology is the convenience of connecting multiple cards, which lays the foundation for future multi axis dynamic fatigue cards.
After redesigning the driver, the Dailong 901 fatigue card supports both 32-bit/64 bit systems and Win7/Win10 systems.
3、 3-channel 24 bit A/D
Three typical AD connections:

1. Measure force along the way;
2. One way extensometer;
3. Measure LVDT on one side or extensometer on the second side.
All three ADs are collected using 24 bit AD chips and provide ± 12V power output.
Compared with the Dailong 900, the electronic resolution of the Dailong 901 has increased by 8 bits (equivalent to 256 times), which can meet customers' higher precision measurement requirements.
