In the previous tweet, we introduced the appearance and three-way AD of Langjie's new product "Dailong 901". Today, we will talk about the displacement measurement of Dailong 901.

Firstly, we need to understand what common displacement sensors are and what situations they are suitable for.

The Dailong 901 can connect to the vast majority of common displacement sensors on the market. Different testing systems are equipped with different sensors, as shown in the table below:

Next, let's take a look at the appearance of these sensors:

1、 SSI magnetostrictive sensor

Finally, what improvements has the new product 901 brought in terms of displacement measurement?

1. 901 has upgraded its encoder channel, which not only supports AB phase pulses but also Z-phase zero position signal acquisition, achieving ABZ three-phase acquisition;

2. The 901 card integrates decoding of various SSI magneto encoders, including commonly used 25 bit Gray codes, 24 bit Gray codes, 26 Gray codes, and other binary codes, and also integrates 24V power output, which can directly power SSI magnetostrictive sensors;

3. Adopting a 24 bit AD chip for data acquisition and providing ± 12V power output, it facilitates the connection of extended displacement sensors LVDT and improves the acquisition accuracy of LVDT.

Compared with the Dailong 900, the 901 has greatly improved in displacement measurement. In addition, we have also made improvements to the DA output of the 901, which will be introduced to you in the next issue. Please stay tuned!
