Daily maintenance and upkeep of carbon dioxide full temperature oscillation incubator
Date: 2025-06-25Read: 4
The carbon dioxide full temperature oscillation incubator is a commonly used precision equipment in biological experiments, and its operating status directly affects the accuracy and reliability of experimental results. Doing a good job in daily maintenance and upkeep can not only extend the service life of equipment, but also ensure the smooth progress of experiments. The following are specific maintenance methods.
1、 Cleaning work
Regular cleaning is the foundation. After each use, any residual culture medium, samples, and other debris inside the incubator should be promptly cleaned to avoid bacterial growth that could affect subsequent experiments. Every week, use a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent to wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the box, remove dust and stains, and be careful not to let moisture enter the interior of the equipment. Perform a deep cleaning of the incubator once a month, including removable shelves, trays, and other components. Rinse with clean water, air dry, and reinstall to prevent dirt accumulation from affecting equipment performance.
2、 Component inspection and maintenance
Pay attention to the operational status of key components. Regularly check the accuracy of carbon dioxide sensors and temperature sensors, which can be calibrated using calibration instruments to ensure reliable data; Check the stability of the oscillation system, observe whether there is any abnormal noise or shaking during the oscillation process, and if any problems are found, promptly contact professional personnel for maintenance; Check the sealing performance of the box door sealing strip. If there is aging or damage, it should be replaced in a timely manner to prevent carbon dioxide leakage and external pollution from entering.
3、 Parameter monitoring and recording
Continuously monitor operational parameters. Record the temperature, carbon dioxide concentration, oscillation frequency and other parameters of the incubator every day, compare them with the set values, and adjust them promptly if any deviations are found. Regularly check the pressure of carbon dioxide cylinders, and replace them in advance when the pressure is too low to ensure stable gas supply. In addition, regular trial runs should be conducted on the equipment to check if all functions are functioning properly.
Through the above daily maintenance and upkeep measures, the carbon dioxide full temperature oscillation incubator can always maintain a good operating condition, providing strong support for scientific research and production work.
