1. Purpose of the experiment

2. Material transportation

A mixture of 5% Raney nickel and water.


3. Main equipment

4. Experimental steps

1. Purpose of the experiment

The customer needs to transport materials containing particulate matter at 10-20mL/min and verify whether the Jingjin three plunger pump can transport them.


2. Material transportation

Bamboo powder aqueous solution (solid-liquid ratio 1:10, containing organic matter and trace antibiotics, prone to sedimentation).


3. Main equipment

Jingjin three plunger pump (inlet pipe: outer diameter of 10mm, PFA pipe; Export pipe: outer diameter 1/4 ", PFA pipe).


4. Experimental steps

(1) Conduct a water benchmark test to ensure that the pump's delivery performance meets the experimental requirements

(2)Material conveying test: First, mix thoroughly at high speed, then set the pump flow rate to 10 mL/min, 14 mL/min, 17 mL/min, and 20 mL/min for testing, and maintain stirring during the conveying process;

(3) Transport stability test: Measure the stability of pump transport at a flow rate of 10 mL/min for a total of 30 minutes.

Experiment 4: Cotton alkali solvent transportation

1. Purpose of the experiment

Evaluate the transportability of cotton alkali (NaOH) solvent (customer supplied).


2. Material transportation

Cotton alkali (NaOH) - solvent (toluene+isopropanol, the solution is light yellow, the bottom cotton is in a block shape, and after stirring, it becomes a paste, which is easy to settle).


3. Main equipment

Refine the three plunger pump.


4. Experimental steps

1Use a magnetic stirrer and manual stirring to mix the cotton into a paste, while heating until85℃ insulation;

In addition to the four experiments on the transportation of particulate matter materials mentioned above, the Jingjin three plunger pump also conducted the following experiments, all of which achieved the experimental objectives and achieved stable transportation:

1. Ceramic powder solution transportation experiment:

(1) The minimum conveying flow rate for conveying a solid-liquid mixture containing 10% ceramic powder in a small reactor is 60mL/min;

(2) When using a large reactor, the minimum conveying flow rate for conveying a solid-liquid mixture containing 10% ceramic powder is 300mL/min;


2. Transport experiment of magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite solution:

The Jingjin three plunger pump can transport the material at a flow rate of 200mL/min. After 6 hours of circulation, the viscosity of the material changes but does not affect the conveying effect.


3. Methanol/phenol suspension:

The Jingjin three plunger pump can stably transport methanol/phenol suspension with a particle size of 0.15um and 2.5wt%, and the flow rate is always stable without obvious pulse or particle blockage;


4. Amide/methanol suspension experiment:

The Jingjin three plunger pump has good transport stability and good transport linearity for 1% amide methanol suspension.
