1. Materials:
A certain liquid
(Provided by the customer, dark brown color, strong pungent odor, unknown composition)
2. Experimental setup:
(1) One JJRZ-020S precision double plunger stainless steel pump
Inlet pipe specification: 1/8in x 1.5mm (outer diameter x inner diameter), PFA pipe
Export pipe specification: 1/8in x 1.5mm (outer diameter x inner diameter), stainless steel pipe
(2) One set of back pressure valve
(3) Several PTFE pipes
3. Experimental requirements:
Add salt (sodium sulfate) to the material in a proportion exceeding 15%, with a pressure greater than 7MPa and a flow rate of 15mL/min, and run continuously for 5 days
4. Experimental steps:
(1) Connect all experimental devices
(2) Set the outlet pressure to>7MPa
(3) Take out 400mL of the upper saturated solution from the solution with added salt
(4) Set the flow rate to 15mL/min and use a precision pump for continuous delivery
1. Salt content
The room temperature during the experiment was (20-30 ℃), and according to the chart, it can be calculated that the salt content of the material has reached 25%, far exceeding 15%, which meets the experimental requirements:

1. Conclusion
Jingjin pump can stably transport materials with a salt content greater than 15% for a long period of time when the pressure is greater than 7MPa
2. Instructions for use
(1) It is recommended to turn on the plunger cleaning function when using a precision pump to transport high salt materials, in order to avoid wear and tear of the plunger rod caused by the precipitation of salt
(2) Carry out daily maintenance of the pump: After conveying high salt content materials, set the pump flow rate to 80% of the upper limit, rinse directly with a suitable solvent for 5 minutes to replace all the materials in the flow path. After cleaning, fill it with ethanol and seal it to prevent the solution in the pump flow path from evaporating or evaporating, and salt crystals from precipitating, causing blockage of the one-way valve or damage to the high-pressure sealing ring
