Practical Sharing (19): Research Report on the Application of JJRS-30004F in Transporting Sodium Hypochlorite

1、 Test purpose
At the request of a certain customer, JJRS-30004F advanced three plunger PTFE pump was used to transport sodium hypochlorite solution, in order to evaluate the flow stability and accuracy of JJRS-30004F in transporting sodium hypochlorite.
2、 Materials and Equipment
Material: Sodium hypochlorite solution, with a density of 1.2055g/mL and a content of approximately 12-15%.
Equipment: Jingjin three plunger PTFE pump (JJRS-30004F), GF-30K balance (range 30kg, accuracy 0.1g).
3、 Testing process
The customer adopts the weight reduction method for autonomous operation: place the liquid barrel on the balance, insert it into the inlet pipe of the pump, and deliver flow rates of 36.5, 53.3, 71, 89, and 109 mL/min respectively. Record the delivery time and balance reading for each set flow rate, and calculate the delivery flow rate value within a unit time based on the delivery time and reduced weight.

5、 Test results
Customer evaluation: During the delivery of sodium hypochlorite using the Jingjin Three plunger PTFE Pump (JJRS-30004F), except for a few flow points with slight fluctuations (within an acceptable range), the overall stability and accuracy stability are good.
6、 Supplementary explanation
1. Due to the fact that only single data was taken in this test and the scale has a large range, the deviation caused is slightly larger compared to the full range;
2. Due to the testing timing method being precise to 0.1 minutes, the time measurement accuracy is insufficient. It is recommended to increase the time measurement accuracy to 0.1 seconds;
3. Due to material characteristics, there may be differences between actual density and theoretical density;
Due to the combined effects of the above factors, some volume flow rates deviate from the set values, but the stability is good.
