  Ultrasonic emulsifierThe nanoscale dispersion of oil-water, solid-liquid and other systems is achieved through high-frequency acoustic cavitation effect (cavitation bubble collapse generates local high temperature and high pressure), which is widely used in the fields of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and new materials. Its core components (transducer, tool head, generator) are prone to aging under long-term high-energy output, and need to be systematically delayed in performance degradation through periodic maintenance plans to increase the equipment's lifespan from conventional 3-5 years to over 8 years.
1、 Daily/weekly maintenance: basic cleaning and functional calibration
After daily use, immediately use a soft bristled brush to clean the surface of the tool head (made of titanium alloy or ceramic material) of residual materials (such as emulsion paste, particle precipitation), to avoid scratching the surface of the amplitude rod after curing; Wipe the connection line interface between the transducer and generator with anhydrous ethanol every week to prevent poor oxidation contact. In terms of functional calibration, it is necessary to use standard viscosity silicone oil (such as 1000cP) every week to test the emulsification effect, observe the particle size distribution of lotion (D90 ≤ 5 μ m in the ideal state), and if the particle size deviation exceeds 20%, it is necessary to compensate the transducer drift through the generator fine tuning frequency (within ± 50Hz).


2、 Monthly/Seasonal Maintenance: Deep Maintenance and Component Inspection
Disassemble the connection between the tool head and the amplitude lever every month, check if the threads are loose (use a torque wrench to tighten to the manufacturer's recommended value, usually 25-30N · m), and apply special high-temperature lubricating grease (such as molybdenum disulfide base grease). Use an ultrasonic flaw detector every quarter to detect whether there are microcracks in the transducer chip (with a focus on checking the center frequency offset, within the normal range of ± 1kHz), and measure the stability of the output power of the driving power supply (fluctuation should be<5%). The cooling system needs to clean the cooling fins every quarter, check the pressure of the circulation pump (≥ 0.3MPa) and whether the filter is clogged.
3、 Annual overhaul: replacement of core components and performance upgrade
Every year, all seals (such as O-rings, gaskets, recommended fluororubber or perfluoroether materials) need to be replaced, and the transducer needs to undergo full performance testing (including electroacoustic conversion efficiency and impedance matching values). If the wear depth of the tool head exceeds 0.5mm (more than 10% of the original diameter), a new part of the same model must be replaced to ensure the energy focusing effect. After annual maintenance, a full load continuous operation test (more than 4 hours) is required to record the no-load current, operating temperature (≤ 65 ℃), and emulsification uniformity parameters, and form an "Annual Health Report" for archiving.
Key points and taboos for execution
All maintenance operations must be carried out after power off and waiting for the equipment to cool down to room temperature (≥ 30 minutes). It is forbidden to use sharp tools to scratch the surface of the amplitude lever. When replacing components, it is necessary to choose original accessories (or equivalent substitutes that comply with ISO 9001 standards) to avoid a decrease in energy transfer efficiency due to compatibility issues.
