Equipment abnormal alarm? Quick troubleshooting of ultrasonic solution processing equipment
Date: 2025-07-21Read: 24
Ultrasonic solution treatment equipmentAbnormal alarms are an important mechanism to ensure operational safety, and most alarms can be quickly resolved through system troubleshooting. Mastering the processing logic of common alarm types can significantly improve equipment utilization.
Power supply alarms are often accompanied by the display of the "Err-01" code. At this time, it is necessary to first check whether the power supply voltage is stable within the range of 220V ± 10%. If the voltage fluctuation is too large, a voltage regulator needs to be installed; If the voltage is normal but the alarm continues, it may be due to poor contact of the power module. Open the device side cover and re plug the connector to restore it. In addition, poor grounding can trigger a leakage alarm, and a multimeter should be used to check the grounding resistance to ensure it is ≤ 4 Ω.
Abnormal load alarm (usually displaying "Err-03") is often caused by excessive processing capacity. When the volume of the solution exceeds 80% of the rated capacity of the container, it is easy to cause liquid splashing and trigger the sensor. At this time, the sample size should be reduced to below the scale line. If the sample viscosity is normal but frequent alarms occur, it is necessary to check whether the ultrasonic probe is wrapped in pollutants. Cleaning the surface of the probe with a soft cloth dipped in alcohol can eliminate false alarms.
Temperature alarm is a high-frequency protective mechanism. When the temperature of the solution exceeds the set threshold (usually 60-80 ℃), the equipment will automatically shut down. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the temperature control probe is immersed in the liquid. If it is suspended above the liquid level, it needs to be repositioned. If the actual temperature does not exceed the standard but an alarm is triggered, it may be due to calibration deviation of the temperature control module. The "Temperature Calibration" program can be executed through the device menu to correct it.

Ultrasonic generator faults often manifest as "no output+alarm". At this time, it is necessary to troubleshoot in three steps: first check whether the connection wire between the generator and the transducer is broken, then use an oscilloscope to detect whether the output waveform is normal, and finally measure the impedance value of the transducer (normal range 20-50 Ω). If the impedance value is abnormal, it indicates that the transducer is aging, and replacing the same type of accessory can solve the problem.
It is recommended to establish an "alarm log" in daily operations, recording alarm codes, occurrence times, and handling methods. Through data accumulation, the fault patterns of the equipment can be discovered. Most alarms belong to recoverable faults. According to the troubleshooting sequence of "external first, internal second, mechanical first, electronic second", 90% of problems can be solved within 30 minutes without the need for professional maintenance personnel to be present.
