The meeting aims to thoroughly implement the spirit of the group company's "Twelfth Five Year Plan" promotion and pre work video conference, guided by the "Sixteen Character Policy", to clearly grasp the implementation of the plan and pre work, grasp reserves, promote projects, and achieve results. Wang Sen, member of the Party Group and Vice President of the Group Company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Wu Jing, Chief Economist of the Group Company, attended the meeting.

Wang Sen pointed out in his speech that the task of this symposium is to unify the thinking around the scientific development of the group company, and to do a good job in the transformation and restructuring of the group company in accordance with the "16 character policy" determined by the "12th Five Year Plan" development plan. Wang Sen requested that the preliminary work be standardized and the role of planning be strengthened. Early stage workers should take the initiative to work, not wait or observe, especially in the headquarters of the group company. They should take the initiative to lead the various enterprises in the system to plan ahead with goals, steps, and rhythm, in a consistent manner. Secondly, we need to strengthen the standardization and information management of preliminary planning. Update the preliminary work information once a month and provide timely feedback to the headquarters of the group company, based on the principle of problem-solving, without being restricted by the way or form of work. We must cherish the reputation of Datang and maintain a strong passion for work. In work, do not be angry when encountering competitors, be polite when encountering good resources, and never give up when encountering difficulties. Continue to carry forward the "three thousand" spirit of doing everything possible, saying thousands of words, and going through countless hardships, and make the greatest effort for the better and faster development of the group company.

At the meeting, the group company plans to work with Fang Qinghai, the director of the investment and financing department, to propose opinions and suggestions on how to implement the group company's "12th Five Year Plan" development plan and further accelerate and strengthen preliminary work in conjunction with relevant work in the department.

Zhang Yan, Deputy Director of the Planning and Development Department of the Group Company, presided over the meeting and reported on the approval status of projects in the national power industry in the first half of this year. At the same time, he also reported on the opinions on internal cooperation in the development of wind power projects within the Group Company, requiring all branches and subsidiaries to adhere to the principle of "maximizing the interests of the Group Company" in the development of wind power projects, develop in an orderly manner, cooperate with each other, and achieve common development.

Various branches, subsidiaries, and directly affiliated enterprises of the group company exchanged and discussed the implementation of the "12th Five Year Plan" energy and power development goals, the layout of reserve projects, the current progress of key projects, as well as the main problems and suggestions in their work in the province where their unit is located.

The meeting put forward four requirements for implementing the spirit of this meeting. Firstly, all attendees should promptly inform each branch and subsidiary of the spirit of this meeting, further implement the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" development plan, think and work together, seize the current opportunities, actively face difficulties and challenges, and strive to create a new situation for the planning and development of the group company. The second is for each branch and subsidiary to reorganize their respective projects and report them to the group company, while also doing a good job in working with local governments to promote the progress of key projects as soon as possible. The third is to strengthen the informatization and communication reporting of preliminary work, share the preliminary work information of each branch and subsidiary, ensure concise and clear information, report problems in a timely manner, and form a monthly reporting system. Fourthly, we must continue to vigorously promote the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" development plan and constantly broaden our thinking, forming a good situation of "seizing opportunities, resources, and projects", so that the planning and development work can become a support for the group company to achieve the third stage goals of the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" development plan and development strategy.

More than 70 responsible persons from the General Work Department, Planning and Development Department, Planning and Investment Department, Finance and Property Management Department, and Engineering Management Department of the group company, as well as leaders in charge of power and coal work, relevant department leaders, and supervisors from each branch, subsidiary, and directly affiliated enterprise, attended the meeting.
