Potentiometer controlled constant temperature metal bath is a laboratory equipment that adjusts and controls temperature through potentiometers, with a maximum temperature of up to 200 ℃. Its working principle is as follows:The constant temperature metal bath consists of a heating system, temperature sensors, potentiometers, and controllers. The core function of a potentiometer is to adjust the voltage or current in a circuit. In a metal bath, the resistance value of the circuit can be changed by rotating the slider of the potentiometer. According to Ohm's law, changes in resistance value will cause changes in voltage or current in the circuit, thereby adjusting the power of the heating element. The temperature sensor will monitor the temperature of the metal bath in real time and feed back the temperature signal to the controller. The controller compares the feedback temperature with the target temperature set by the potentiometer, and further adjusts the output of the potentiometer based on the difference to control the heating power of the heating element, so as to maintain the temperature of the metal bath at the set constant value.
