To ensure the long-term efficient operation of equipment, a scientific maintenance system needs to be constructed from multiple dimensions such as daily maintenance, regular upkeep, preventive measures, and safety management. Based on industry standards and practical experience, the following elaborates on the details of maintenance:
1、 Daily maintenance: basic support and abnormal warning
Operation status monitoring: Check the instrument display screen data daily to see if it is normal, observe the data trend chart. If there is a sudden change or abnormal fluctuation, it may indicate sensor failure or pipeline leakage. At the same time, pay attention to the system alarm function, such as measuring range exceeding limits, abnormal temperature, low water flow and other alarm signals, and promptly investigate the causes.
External cleaning and heat dissipation management: Use a dry soft cloth to wipe the device casing and probe to avoid dust accumulation that affects heat dissipation efficiency. For optical windows (such as infrared sensors), gently wipe them with a specialized solvent to maintain transparency. If dust accumulates around the sampling port, it can easily cause airflow obstruction. It is necessary to clean and check the status of the filter element daily, and replace it if necessary.
Pipeline and connector inspection: Check whether the sampling pipeline and joints have bends or leaks to ensure smooth airflow. Regularly clean or replace the filter to prevent particles from entering the sensor and causing damage. In cold seasons, insulation sleeves should be installed on the sampling pipeline to prevent condensation water from freezing and blocking; In high-temperature environments, it is necessary to strengthen equipment ventilation to prevent overheating.
2、 Regular maintenance: precise calibration and deep maintenance
Sensor calibration and verification: Use standard gas for zero and span calibration at least once a month to ensure measurement errors are within the allowable range. Electrochemical sensors require regular checks of electrolyte levels, while infrared sensors require detection of light source intensity and replacement of core components if necessary. If the data still deviates significantly after calibration, the sensor needs to be re debugged or replaced.
System cleaning and replacement of vulnerable parts: Conduct deep cleaning of components such as sampling probes and condensers that come into contact with flue gas every quarter to remove dust and corrosive substances. For vulnerable parts such as pump diaphragms and sealing rings, they should be replaced regularly according to their usage cycle to avoid air leakage or unstable sampling caused by wear and tear. If the equipment is equipped with automatic cleaning function, a reasonable cycle should be set according to the instructions.
Software and Data Management: Regularly update device software, fix known vulnerabilities, and optimize algorithms. At the same time, clean up the data storage memory, backup important monitoring data, and prevent loss. Check the communication status between the data collection module and the environmental protection platform to ensure real-time transmission is error free.
3、 Preventive Maintenance: Planning and Risk Control
Maintenance plan development: Based on the frequency of equipment usage and environmental conditions, develop annual/quarterly maintenance plans, clarify key component inspection cycles, consumables lists, and emergency response procedures. For example, consumables such as filter cotton and peristaltic pump tubes in the pre-processing system need to be included in the regular replacement list.
Professional training and record management: Operators need to undergo professional training and be familiar with equipment principles and fault handling methods. After each maintenance, it is necessary to record in detail the calibration date, standard gas concentration, replacement component model, and fault solution, forming a traceable file for subsequent problem analysis.
4、 Safe operation and precautions
Anti static and anti high temperature: Turn off the power and wear an anti-static wristband before maintenance to prevent static electricity from penetrating the circuit board. High temperature components (such as column boxes and detectors) need to be cooled before operation to prevent burns.
Tool and accessory specifications: It is prohibited to use metal tools to directly contact live circuits, and insulated tools should be preferred. When replacing accessories, it is necessary to choose original or authorized products to avoid compatibility issues that may cause safety accidents.
