Overview
Polyimide is a polymer material obtained by reacting organic aromatic dianhydride and organic aromatic diamine through melt condensation or solution condensation to produce polyamic acid, which is then subjected to thermal or chemical imidization. It has been widely used as an intermediate electrical material and packaging material in the aviation, electronics, automotive, and microelectronics industries due to its high glass transition temperature, excellent radiation resistance, toughness, good electrical performance, and flame retardant properties. In recent years, many researchers at home and abroad have modified it through various means such as structural modification, and have achieved many gratifying results. During the synthesis or modification process, a large amount of solvents are used, and the synthesis itself also produces many by-products and impurities. The researchers cleverly stir and disperse the product into a uniform fine powder, and then remove the solvents and impurities by washing. The requirement for dispersed equipment is to achieve the required particle size while saving time and not damaging the original product structure.

Experimental Procedure
In this experiment, T 25 easy clean digital was used in combination with S 25 EC-C-18 G-ST dispersing tool to process the samples.
2. The sample is prone to decomposition at 60 ° C. The sample is cooled in a constant temperature water bath and dispersed in a 15 ° C water bath.
3. After preparing the solution in proportion, perform high-speed dispersion to meet the customer's particle size requirement of 300 μ m or less.
