Constant temperature explosion-proof cabinetIt is an advanced device designed specifically for the safe storage of sensitive materials, widely used in scientific research, pharmaceuticals, food, materials science, cosmetics, tobacco, microbiology, chemical engineering, electronics and other fields. It can provide a stable temperature and humidity environment, simulate various climate conditions, and is particularly suitable for stability testing, long-term experiments, shelf life testing of samples, and storage of biological reagents and drugs. It can conduct long-term acceleration experiments and forced degradation experiments.
Preparation before installation:
Environmental assessment:
Confirm that the installation area complies with the classification of explosion hazard levels (such as Zone 1 and Zone 2), and is kept away from high temperatures, vibration sources, and corrosive environments.
Check the ventilation conditions to ensure that there is no accumulation of flammable and explosive gases around the cabinet.
Equipment inspection:
Check whether the explosion-proof mark (such as Exd Ⅱ BT4), protection level (IP54 or above), and material (stainless steel/cast aluminum) on the cabinet nameplate meet the on-site requirements.
Verify whether internal electrical components (such as temperature controllers and sensors) have explosion-proof certification.
Installation process:
Basic fixation:
Use expansion bolts to vertically fix the cabinet on the concrete foundation or bracket, ensuring no tilting, and the recommended installation height is 1.2-1.5 meters.
Welding and fixing are prohibited to avoid damaging the explosion-proof structure.
Gas and electrical connections:
Gas circuit: If it is a positive pressure explosion-proof cabinet, it needs to be connected to clean compressed air or nitrogen, and the pipeline sealing needs to meet the standard, with a pressure maintained at 70-1600Pa.
Electrical: The cable is introduced through an explosion-proof gland, and the power line and control line are laid separately. The grounding resistance is ≤ 4 Ω.
Sealing and Protection:
All inlet and outlet lines are treated with explosion-proof sealed stuffing boxes to ensure a protection level of ≥ IP55.
Debugging and acceptance:
Functional testing:
Positive pressure cabinets need to verify the ventilation delay, automatic air replenishment, and pressure alarm functions (such as automatic power-off below 70Pa).
Calibration of the constant temperature system to ensure temperature fluctuations of ≤± 1 ℃.
Safety interlock:
Test interlocking protection mechanisms such as door opening power-off and emergency manual power-off.
