Experimental conditions and result determination:
Before the experiment, the sample needs to be processed for 48 hours without obvious defects and adjusted at the laboratory temperature (23 ± 2 ℃) for 6 hours. Each group of samples shall have no less than two pairs, and the results shall be expressed in terms of the number of bends. No cracks are considered qualified, while cracks are considered unqualified.
Cleaning and maintenance:
After each test, use a dry soft cloth to remove dust, oil stains, and shoe residue from the fixture, with a focus on cleaning the clamping surface and guide groove gaps.
Highly corrosive stains should be treated with 1-2% dilute hydrochloric acid, and in case of biological contamination, they should be disinfected with 0.5% sodium hypochlorite before rinsing.
Security protection:
Enable motion detection and power-off protection functions, and regularly test the effectiveness of abnormal alarm systems;
Before operation, confirm that the protective cover is intact and check that all fastening screws are not loose (especially the hexagonal screws of the fixture).
