Date: 2020-03-04Read: 2

Tea is the national drink of China, and long-term consumption of unsafe tea has a significant impact on the health of the people. With the improvement of people's living standards, consumers and media are paying more attention to the quality and safety issues of tea. The government and relevant functional departments have timely shifted their focus from increasing production to comprehensively improving quality, vigorously developing pollution-free tea and organic tea. The quality and safety of tea mainly include factors such as pesticide residues, harmful toxins, and land pollution. Pesticide residues are currently a major quality and safety issue in tea production. The non-standard use of pesticides in tea cultivation and outdated regulatory measures are important reasons for the high levels of pesticide residues in tea. In recent years, with the implementation of the Action Plan for Pollution Free Food, governments at all levels have attached great importance to tea safety, increased supervision of tea quality and safety, and taken measures such as prohibiting the use of highly toxic and highly residual pesticides in tea. Tea has the characteristics of diverse production areas and large circulation. To ensure the quality of tea, it is necessary to start from the production source links such as planting, harvesting, processing, and leaving the factory. This requires a simple testing process, short testing time, and quick results to help enterprises and regulatory departments discover problems and control them in a timely manner. In order to achieve the purpose of pre supervision, rapid testing technology is a suitable technical means for tea quality supervision.

Shian Technology has always been committed to providing comprehensive solutions for the quality and safety of edible agricultural products. In response to the current problem of tea quality and safety that troubles the public, we have launched a tea rapid inspection and testing solution. This plan focuses on the harvesting and processing of tea leaves, and designs a corresponding configuration plan for fast inspection products from the aspects of testing items, testing scope, testing speed, sensitivity, and ease of operation.
