What is the reason why the UV aging test chamber does not spray water

The inability to spray water from the UV aging test chamber may be caused by the following reasons:

Water pump malfunction: Damage to the water pump or intake of air from the water pump can result in insufficient water supply. It is necessary to check whether the water pump is running, whether the power connection is normal, and whether there is any blockage or damage.

Nozzle blockage: After long-term use, the nozzle may become clogged due to scale and impurities. The nozzle needs to be removed for cleaning or replacement. It is recommended to use deionized water to avoid water quality issues. ‌

Abnormal water pipe connection: Check whether the water pipe is loose, damaged, or aged to ensure its sealing. ‌

Water source issue: Confirm that the water source is sufficient and the water pressure is normal (recommended water pressure range of 0.3-0.6MPa), and check if the water tank is short of water. ‌

Control system malfunction: Check whether the solenoid valve, switch and other components are damaged, and whether the circuit has poor contact.
