Venue requirements

Space layout: At least 60 centimeters of ventilation and heat dissipation space should be reserved behind and on both sides of the equipment, and sufficient area should be left in front for easy operation and sample placement. Some devices require a larger spacing around them (such as front to back ≥ 1000mm, left to right ≥ 600mm).

Ground leveling: The equipment should be placed on a sturdy and level surface to avoid vibration affecting sealing and smooth operation.

Environmental cleanliness: The site should be free of flammable, explosive, corrosive gases and dust, and away from strong electromagnetic interference sources.

Temperature range: It is recommended to stabilize the ambient temperature between 5 ℃ and 25 ℃. Excessive temperature can lead to a decrease in cooling capacity.

Humidity requirement: The relative humidity of the environment should be ≤ 85% RH to prevent water vapor and dust from entering the interior of the equipment.

Ventilation and light avoidance: The equipment should be well ventilated, avoiding direct sunlight and heat sources, and the ambient temperature should not fluctuate too much.

Electricity and Water

Power configuration: It is necessary to match an independent power supply (380V or 220V), which should be wired by an electrician and ensure reliable grounding. It is recommended to configure a voltage regulator.

Water requirements: Pure or deionized water is required for humidification or cooling, and tap water is strictly prohibited to prevent pipeline blockage; Drainage needs to be unobstructed.

Other precautions

Bearing capacity: The ground bearing capacity of the site should not be less than 800Kg/m ².

Maintenance space: Maintenance space should be reserved around the equipment, and there should be drainage floor drains nearby (within 2 meters of the refrigeration unit)
