A hand simulated oscillator is a laboratory device designed to simulate manual shaking movements
Date: 2025-12-17Read: 16
The hand simulated oscillator is a kind of laboratory equipment, which can realize gentle oscillation by simulating the swing action of human wrist. It is mainly used for foam solution testing, bacterial culture, degassing test and other scenarios. Its core function is to achieve uniform oscillation of batch samples through digital control, which is widely used in fields such as chemical analysis and biological detection.
The hand simulated oscillator simulates the trajectory and force of manual shaking to achieve batch processing of samples. The key design includes:
Oscillation angle and curvature: If the oscillation angle is greater than 25 degrees and the curvature exceeds 5 centimeters, the sample will be thoroughly dispersed by matrix impact to ensure mixing uniformity.
Digital control: Equipped with an electronic feedback controller, it can accurately set the oscillation frequency, time, and force, avoiding parallelism differences caused by manual operation.
Sample fixing device: The sample holder is made of spring steel and can simultaneously fix 16 15 mL or 50 mL pointed bottom centrifuge tubes, or 8 flasks with a capacity of up to 500ml, to meet different experimental needs.
Core Features
Portability: Small size, light weight, no need for fixed installation. Operators can directly shake small containers such as test tubes, centrifuge tubes, and colorimetric dishes with handheld devices, suitable for rapid on-site testing or small batch sample operation.
Easy to operate: It is usually powered by batteries or external power sources, with one key switch control. The oscillation frequency is mostly fixed or adjustable in stages, and some models come with anti slip handles to enhance handheld comfort.
Oscillation mode: The common oscillation mode is mainly vortex oscillation, which drives the liquid in the container to form vortices through the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, achieving rapid mixing; A few models support reciprocating oscillation, suitable for mild mixing needs.
