Resin curing machine is a device that uses ultraviolet (UV) or visible light to trigger the polymerization reaction of photosensitive resin, widely used in fields such as 3D printing, electronic manufacturing, and building materials.
The photopolymerization machine excites the photoinitiator in the resin through specific wavelengths of light waves (such as blue light), triggering free radical or cationic polymerization reactions, causing the resin to transform from liquid to solid in a short period of time. This technology has advantages such as high curing efficiency, easy operation, and durable material wear resistance.
The thermosetting machine heats the curing agent (such as epoxy resin curing agent) in the resin material to undergo a chemical reaction, forming a cross-linked network structure, thereby achieving curing. This process is generally divided into three stages: liquid (operation time), gel (entering curing) and solid (* * curing).
working principle
Thermal curing: Using a heating element or heating plate to heat the resin to a certain temperature, causing a chemical reaction in the curing agent in the resin, triggering cross-linking of the resin molecular chains, and thus achieving curing.
UV curing: Using specific wavelengths of light, such as ultraviolet radiation, to irradiate the resin, activate the photoinitiator in the resin, generate free radicals or cations, and promote cross-linking reactions in the resin molecular chains, resulting in rapid curing.
structural composition
Curing room: It is a place for resin curing, where resin products to be cured can be placed inside. It usually has good sealing and insulation properties, and some also have temperature and humidity control functions.
Light source system (light curing type): equipped with ultraviolet lamps or other specific wavelength LED light sources to provide the required light energy for resin curing.
Heating system (thermosetting type): includes heating elements, temperature sensors, and temperature control devices, which can accurately control the curing temperature and ensure that the resin is cured under suitable temperature conditions.
Control system: used to monitor and control parameters such as temperature, light intensity, and time during the curing process. It can be operated and set through a touch screen or computer, and has data recording and analysis functions.
Safety equipment: such as temperature sensors, gas emission devices, overload protection devices, etc., can prevent equipment overheating, harmful gas accumulation, and other situations, ensuring the safety of operators and equipment.
