Multi temperature zone artificial climate chamberIt is an experimental equipment that integrates simulation of multiple environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and lighting. It achieves accurate reproduction of complex environmental conditions through zone independent control technology and is widely used in scientific research, production, and quality inspection fields. Adopting independent zone temperature control technology, each temperature zone is equipped with a separate heating, cooling, and circulation system, which can operate synchronously or independently. The intelligent control system monitors real-time parameters of each temperature zone through sensors, dynamically adjusts heating power and cooling capacity, and ensures precise maintenance of set conditions in each zone. Efficient insulation materials are used between partitions to prevent cross interference of heat and achieve precise environmental isolation and control. The special air duct design ensures uniform airflow circulation, avoids local temperature fluctuations affecting experimental results, and optimizes energy efficiency.
Multi temperature zone artificial climate chamberStorage methods for long-term disuse or storage:
When the equipment needs to be discontinued or relocated for a long time (such as several months or more), thorough cleaning and protection must be carried out to prevent internal corrosion, mold growth, component aging, and microbial growth.
1. Cut off the power completely
Turn off the power switch on the device control panel.
Unplug the power plug or disconnect the dedicated air switch to ensure complete power-off.
2. Empty the box
Remove all internal accessories such as samples, shelves, partitions, lighting components, etc.
After cleaning and drying the attachments, store them properly in a dry environment.
3. Comprehensive cleaning and drying
Inner wall cleaning: Use neutral cleaning agents (such as diluted detergent water) and a soft cloth to wipe the inner wall, top plate, and bottom plate of the box. Avoid using corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.
Defrosting and drainage: If there is frost inside the box before shutdown, it should be allowed to melt naturally or a defrosting program should be set. Open the box door and dry all accumulated water with a dry cloth.
Drainage system: Check and clean the drainage pan and pipes to ensure there are no blockages. Rinse the drainage pipe with clean water and finally dry it with a dry cloth.
Humidification system (if applicable): Drain the humidification water tank, rinse with clean water, and dry thoroughly to prevent scale and microbial growth.
Drying: After cleaning, keep the box door open and allow the inside of the box to air dry naturally for at least 24-48 hours. Desiccant (such as silica gel) can be placed inside the box to accelerate drying.
4. Protect critical components
Door seal: After cleaning, apply a thin layer of talcum powder or specialized protective wax on the rubber seal to prevent rubber aging, adhesion, and cracking. Do not use grease or Vaseline.
Shelves and partitions: After cleaning and drying, store separately to avoid deformation caused by compression.
5. Protective storage
Place the equipment that has been dried in a dry, ventilated, non corrosive atmosphere, and away from direct sunlight indoors.
Cover the entire equipment with a dust cover (such as a factory plastic cover or breathable cloth cover) to prevent dust and foreign objects from entering.
If the ground is damp, it is recommended to elevate and place the equipment.
