Adopting independent zone temperature control technology, each temperature zone is equipped with a separate heating, cooling, and circulation system, which can operate synchronously or independently. The intelligent control system monitors real-time parameters of each temperature zone through sensors, dynamically adjusts heating power and cooling capacity, and ensures precise maintenance of set conditions in each zone. Efficient insulation materials are used between partitions to prevent cross interference of heat and achieve precise environmental isolation and control. The special air duct design ensures uniform airflow circulation, avoids local temperature fluctuations affecting experimental results, and optimizes energy efficiency.

1. Environmental selection
Location: Choose a stable, level, and well ventilated ground, away from direct sunlight, heat sources (such as heaters and ovens), vibration sources (such as centrifuges), and strong electromagnetic interference equipment.
Space:
Reserve at least 50-100cm of space on both sides and the back of the box to ensure good heat dissipation of the condenser.
At least 30cm of space should be reserved at the top of the box.
Reserve enough space ahead for opening doors and operating.
Ground: It must be level, sturdy, and able to withstand the weight of the entire machine (including samples). For large equipment, it is recommended to use anchor bolts for fixation.
2. Power requirements
Voltage and frequency: Confirm that the required voltage (such as 220V/380V), number of phases (single-phase/three-phase), and frequency (50Hz/60Hz) of the equipment match the laboratory power supply.
Grounding: An independent, reliable, and standard compliant grounding wire (yellow green dual color wire) must be provided, which is the key to safe operation.
Dedicated line: It is recommended to use independent power lines and air switches to avoid sharing with other high-power devices and prevent voltage fluctuations or tripping.
Voltage stability: Ensure that the power supply voltage fluctuation is within ± 10%.
3. Check accessories and unboxing
Check if all components are complete according to the packing list, including the main unit, shelves, lighting components, instruction manual, warranty card, etc.
Check the appearance of the box for any transportation damage, and ensure that the door seal is intact and not deformed.
Remove all transportation fasteners (such as compressor shock bolts, box fixing brackets, etc. - this step is crucial, forgetting to remove them can cause damage to the compressor!).
