UG-1Glass tube level gaugeThere is a needle valve installed at both ends. When the glass tube breaks due to an accident, the needle valve automatically closes under the pressure of the container to prevent the medium inside the container from continuing to flow out. The UG-1 and UG-2 series glass tube level gauges can be used to directly indicate the liquid level height in sealed containers. They have the advantages of simple structure, intuitive reliability, and durability. However, the medium in the container must be non corrosive to steel, steel paper, and graphite pressure rings
Glass tube level gauge is mainly used to directly display the height of the liquid level of the medium in various containers such as tanks, towers, tanks, and boxes.

Except for the valve body, all other components of this instrument are shipped in bulk. Users can install them one by one according to the overall assembly drawing.
To ensure automatic sealing, the pressure of the medium inside the container should be greater than 0.2 MPa. When opening the upper and lower valves, the valve stem should retract at least 4 revolutions to prevent the steel ball from touching the top of the valve stem when sealing the door.

To ensure self sealing, the pressure of the medium inside the container should be greater than 0.2 MPa.
When opening the upper and lower valves, the number of rotations of the valve stem should not be less than 4 to prevent the steel ball from touching the top of the valve stem during self sealing.

The instrument is equipped with steel balls inside both the upper and lower valves. When the glass plate is damaged due to an accident, the steel balls will block the channel under the pressure inside the container, so that the container will automatically seal and prevent the liquid inside the container from continuing to flow out.
There are blocking hole screws at the valve end of the instrument, which can be used for sampling or for releasing residual liquid in the instrument during maintenance.
