Detailed explanation of anti-corrosion measures for stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauges
Date: 2016-01-15Read: 22

  With the continuous development and progress of the domestic instrument and meter industry, the market isStainless steel diaphragm pressure gaugeThe market demand for instruments is increasing, and their widespread use has led more and more people to pay attention to this type of instrument. Stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauges are mainly suitable for measuring the pressure of media with strong corrosion, high temperature, high viscosity, easy crystallization, easy solidification, and solid floating matter, as well as situations where it is necessary to avoid measuring media directly entering general pressure instruments and prevent sediment accumulation and easy cleaning. They have the advantages of high measurement accuracy and fast measurement speed.

  Stainless steel diaphragm pressure gaugeThe structural principle:
When the pressure P of the measuring medium acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms and compresses the sealing fluid of the pressure measuring system of the pressure instrument, forming a pressure state of P - △ P. When the rigidity of the diaphragm is small enough, Δ P is also very small, and the pressure formed by the pressure measuring system of the pressure instrument is close to the pressure of the measured medium.
In practical use, as a user, it is necessary to understand the methods and measures related to stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauges to ensure the measurement accuracy and stability of the equipment. Generally, anti-corrosion measures for stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauges should be:
1. Diaphragm pressure gauges can be used, currently available in molybdenum titanium and tantalum sheets. Methyl silicone oil is used to transmit pressure between the diaphragm and the ballistic tube, with a minimum range of 0-100kPa. If the diaphragm material is not yet corrosion-resistant, a layer of F46 (perfluoroalkoxy) diaphragm can be added, but the sensitivity of the instrument is reduced. F46 can also be directly used as an isolation diaphragm, but attention should be paid to the permeability of the medium. Fluorine oil can be used as the transmission fluid, which can have a dual isolation effect;
2. If the medium is corrosive to stainless steel and copper, the buffer tank can be replaced with an isolation tank and a corrosion-resistant isolation liquid can be added. The type of isolation liquid can be selected according to the properties of the tested medium, but it is better to use it for more than six months without deterioration. If ordinary isolation liquids cannot be used, fluorine chlorine oil can be used as the isolation liquid, but the price is expensive. Therefore, the isolation tank should be made small, and fluorine oil should be recycled and reused during disassembly and assembly;
3. For general corrosive media, if the stainless steel spring tube can withstand corrosion for 1-2 years, it can be used as an ammonia pressure gauge. When installing, the pressure tube should be short, and the buffer coil should be replaced with a buffer tank.
