Online alkalinity analyzer for water qualityThe stable operation directly relies on standardized maintenance, centered around "cleaning calibration component inspection environmental protection". The following are simple and easy to operate maintenance points that balance practicality and feasibility.
1、 Daily cleaning: the core of basic maintenance
Cleaning of sampling pipeline: After daily shutdown, rinse the sampling pipeline, injection port, and circulation pool with clean water to remove residual water samples, sediment, or biofouling, and avoid pipeline blockage affecting detection accuracy (it is recommended to rinse for no less than 3 minutes).
Sensor/electrode cleaning: Gently brush the surface of the electrode with a soft bristled brush every week to remove any attachments; If there is stubborn dirt, soak in diluted neutral cleaner for 5 minutes and rinse to dry. Do not scratch the electrode film with hard objects.
Equipment surface cleaning: Use a dry cloth to wipe the analyzer host housing and display screen to avoid dust accumulation; If contaminated with water or oil, gently wipe with a damp cloth dipped in a small amount of alcohol to prevent liquid from seeping into the interior of the equipment.
2、 Regular calibration: ensuring detection accuracy
Calibration cycle: It is recommended to calibrate once every 1-2 weeks. If there are many impurities in the water sample, it should be shortened to once a week; Calibration requires the use of standard alkalinity reagents (such as 0.1mol/L sodium bicarbonate standard solution) and strict adherence to the instrument instructions.
Calibration process: First, switch the instrument to "calibration mode" and sequentially introduce blank solution and standard solution. After the reading stabilizes, the calibration is completed; After calibration, record the data. If the deviation exceeds ± 5%, recalibrate and investigate the cause.
Reagent replacement: After opening the calibration reagent, it should be properly sealed and stored. If it becomes turbid, discolored, or expired, it should be replaced immediately; The titration reagent (such as hydrochloric acid standard solution) built into the analyzer is checked for liquid level every month, and if it is insufficient, it is replenished in a timely manner to avoid detection interruption caused by insufficient reagents.
3、 Component inspection: promptly identify potential hazards
Pipeline and joints: Check the sampling tube, waste liquid tube, and all connecting joints weekly to see if there is any damage, leakage, or aging. If any problems are found, replace the pipeline with the same specifications immediately and tighten the joints to prevent air and water leakage.
Pump body maintenance: Check the hose of the peristaltic pump (or metering pump) monthly, and replace it in a timely manner if it becomes hard, cracked, or worn; Regularly clean the impurities on the pump body roller to maintain smooth rotation and avoid affecting the injection accuracy.
Filter cleaning: The pre filter at the inlet of the equipment is disassembled and cleaned every half month to remove impurities such as sediment and suspended solids, and prevent blockage that may cause poor sample injection; If the filter screen is damaged, replace it with a new one directly.
4、 Special maintenance: targeted handling
Winter antifreeze: If the equipment is installed outdoors or in a low-temperature environment (below 0 ℃), drain the residual water sample in the pipeline after shutdown, and if necessary, wrap the analyzer host and pipeline with insulation layer to prevent freezing and cracking of components.
Summer moisture prevention: In high temperature and high humidity environments, regularly check whether the internal cooling fan of the equipment is working properly, keep the installation area ventilated and dry, and avoid short circuits caused by moisture on the circuit board.
Fault pre-treatment: If the instrument displays "detection failed" or "no reading", first check whether the pipeline is blocked, whether the electrodes are contaminated, or whether the reagents are exhausted, and handle simple problems on site; For complex faults, please contact after-sales service and do not disassemble the host by yourself.
5、 Maintenance precautions
During maintenance, the power supply of the instrument must be cut off first, and the equipment must be completely shut down before operation to avoid electric shock or damage to components.
All maintenance operations require wearing gloves to prevent reagents from coming into contact with the skin. Calibration reagents and waste liquids should be properly disposed of to avoid environmental pollution.
Establish a maintenance ledger to record the time and situation of cleaning, calibration, and component replacement, facilitating problem tracing and optimizing maintenance cycles.
Following the above techniques can effectively prolongOnline alkalinity analysis of water qualityThe service life of the instrument reduces the occurrence rate of failures and ensures long-term stable output of accurate alkalinity detection data. If you need to refine maintenance steps for specific models, you can refer to the original equipment manual or contact technical support.
