Horizontal measuring projectorIt is a precision and efficient measuring instrument that integrates optics, mechanics, and electronics. The product structure has strong universality and can detect the contour dimensions and surface shapes of various complex shaped workpieces. With professional research and rich manufacturing experience in optical detection equipment, we have extensive testing experience in industries and fields such as precision electronics, connectors, terminals, metal stamping parts, molds, circuit boards, mobile phones, etc. We can meet the requirements of professional manufacturers and tailor solutions for customers.
The horizontal projector has a stable and reliable mechanical structure and high-precision magnification. It can accurately image the contour, cross-section, and surface shape of the tested workpiece onto a projection screen, suitable for observing and measuring the contour shapes of tools, gears, threads, springs, etc. Capable of detecting the contour dimensions and surface shapes of various complex shaped workpieces.
Daily maintenance of the light source:
At present, most horizontal projectors use metal halide lamps. When lit, the voltage at both ends of the bulb is around 60-80V, the gas pressure inside the bulb is greater than 10kg/cm, the temperature is thousands of degrees, and the filament is in a semi melted state. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to vibrate and move the horizontal projector while it is turned on to prevent the light bulb from exploding. After stopping use, it cannot be disconnected immediately. It is best to ground the signal source and the power supply of the horizontal projector at the same time. This is because when the horizontal projector is connected to a signal source (such as a PC) with different power sources, there may be a high potential difference between the two neutral wires. When users plug and unplug signal lines or other circuits with power on, ignition may occur between the plug and socket, damaging the signal input circuit and causing serious consequences.
When using a horizontal projector, some users require a large distance between the signal source and the horizontal projector. For example, a suspended horizontal projector is generally more than 15 meters away from the signal source, and the corresponding signal cable must be extended. This will cause attenuation of the signal input to the horizontal projector, resulting in blurry, trailing, and even shaking of the projected image. This is not a malfunction of the horizontal projector, nor will it damage the machine. The best way to solve this problem is to install a signal amplifier after the signal source, which can ensure signal transmission for more than 20 meters without any problems.
