Common faults and troubleshooting steps:
1. Abnormal movement of the workbench
Phenomenon: There is abnormal noise or jamming during exercise.
Troubleshooting: Usually due to stains or lack of lubricating oil inside the guide rail. You can clean the guide rail first, and then reapply special lubricating oil.
2. Image display issues
Phenomenon: There is no image in the image area, black screen or blurry image, and there are dark areas.
Troubleshooting:
Check if the video input cable is securely connected, or reset the video input signal in the software.
Check if the power and signal cables of the monitor are properly plugged in, and measure the power voltage with a multimeter.
Clean optical components such as objective lenses, workbench glass, condenser lenses, reflectors, projection screens, etc. to ensure that there are no stains or foreign objects.
