Safety helmet wearing system dynamic strength testing machineIt is to apply a certain initial load to the helmet/safety helmet wearing device system within a specified time, and then drop a certain weight from a certain height, so that the impact force is also applied to the wearing device system, in order to evaluate the tensile performance of the wearing device system.
Equipment preparation stage:
Instrument inspection:
Confirm that the quality of the guide rail (7.0kg ± 0.2kg) and the impact weight (4.0kg ± 0.2kg) meet the standard requirements
Check the installation status of the head mold and sensor to ensure that the displacement sensor accuracy meets the standard
Environmental requirements:
The laboratory temperature should be controlled at 20 ℃± 2 ℃, with a relative humidity of 50% ± 20%
The equipment needs to be placed on a concrete base with an impact strength of ≥ 500kg
Test operation process:
Wearing a safety helmet:
Fix the pre processed safety helmet onto the head mold according to the standard wearing method
Adjust the gap between the cap clamp and the head mold to a minimum and stable state
Dynamic strength test:
Set the falling distance of the impact weight to 250mm ± 5mm
Activate the electromagnetic release device to allow the weight to fall freely and impact the top of the safety helmet
The system automatically records the impact force value (sampling frequency ≥ 20kHz)
Data processing and judgment:
Result record:
Check the maximum impact force value of the latch (accuracy ± 2.5%)
Check if there are any fragments or structural damage on the cap shell
Standard compliance:
The force transmitted to the head mold should not exceed 4900N
The test results must comply with the requirements of GB/T 2812-2024 standard
Notes:
Protective gloves must be worn before operation
Do not approach the hammer area when the electromagnetic device is working
When replacing the head mold, the power must be cut off
