The Municipal Youth Activity Center held a grand event. Our general manager is honored to be invited to participate in this grand event, together with representatives from various municipal units, volunteer service organizations, communities, and industry associations in the city, to witness the vigorous development of the volunteer service industry in Jingmen.

Yesterday (July 28th), the "Gathering Volunteer Forces and Building a Virtuous Jingmen" 2025 Jingmen City Direct Unit Volunteer Service Promotion Conference and Achievement Exhibition and Exchange Activity was hosted by the Social Work Department of the Jingmen Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. The purpose of this event is to thoroughly implement the "Opinions on Strengthening the Volunteer Service System in the New Era" issued by the State Council Office of the Central Committee, summarize and exchange experiences in volunteer service work, and promote the overall improvement of city direct volunteer service work. At the event, 18 municipal units including the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, the Municipal Bureau of Education, and the Municipal Bureau of Justice took the stage in the order of drawing lots. Through a 5-6 minute keynote speech, combined with rich forms such as text, pictures, and PPT, they comprehensively demonstrated the outstanding achievements of each unit in the construction of volunteer service teams, activity development, and mechanism innovation. The touching stories of outstanding volunteers deeply touched the attendees.

The event has a rigorous scoring process, where judges score on-site from four dimensions: theme content, language expression, infectiousness, and demeanor. Ultimately, the first, second, and third prizes, as well as the Excellent Organization Award, will be selected. The speech of Xu Xinxin, Deputy Minister of the Social Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee, kicked off the event, and the professional comments of Yan Yong, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Social Science Federation, provided new ideas for the future development of volunteer service work in various units. The exciting program performances interspersed during the event made the exchange of achievements full of vitality and warmth.
