The formula for calculating the addition of anti-static agent to the air jet sieve airflow screening instrument 510-175 has been under development since 2017. When using an air jet sieve to screen samples that are prone to static electricity, some anti-static agents can be added according to specific standards. The commonly used method is to add some aluminum oxide based on the aggregation of the sample when screening auxiliary materials such as milk sugar, usually adding 0.1 grams per 10 grams of sample. Regarding the handling of sample static electricity affecting screening, Huimeike has been developing and producing air jet screens since 2017, accumulating rich testing experience. Maintenance and upkeep documents for air jet sieve and airflow screening instrument

  • Air jet screen display screen.
    Regularly clean the touch screen display to maintain its cleanliness. You can wet it with a soft cloth, wring it out, and gently wipe it.

  • Air jet screen QR code scanning head. (Standard/Intelligent)
    Regularly clean the QR code scanning head to maintain cleanliness. You can wet and wring it out with a soft cloth, and gently wipe it.

  • Air jet screen negative pressure generator (vacuum cleaner).
    Regularly clean the negative pressure generator HEPA. Open the vacuum cleaner, take out the handkerchief, pat off the dust, wash and dry.
    If the HMK-10 sample collector is selected, it can greatly reduce the number of cleaning times.

  • Air jet sieve sample collector.
    Regularly clean the glass collection dish of the sample collector. Remove the collection dish, clean it with water flow, and air dry it.

  • Air jet sieve standard test sieve (consumable).
    After each test, check the condition of the sieve holes. If there are any attachments, they should be cleaned in a timely manner. If damage is found to the sieve holes, please replace them promptly. First, brush off any surface attachments, then use an air compressor nozzle to maintain around 5cm for spraying, covering the entire screen mesh. If there is still small dust on the surface, it can be slightly submerged in water, gently wiped with a soft bristled brush, washed and dried.

  • Transparent cover for air jet screen (consumable).
    The transparent cover will experience knocking during each test. Test completed, clean thoroughly. And observe the surrounding area. If there is any damage, please contact us regularly for replacement.

  • Air jet screen printing paper (consumable).
    Regularly check the printing paper and add any missing ones. Please do not pull the paper when printing, otherwise it will damage the needle printer

  • Air jet screen electronic scale (standard/intelligent)
    Please do not overload the weighing, exceeding the range of 600g will damage the electronic scale. Please calibrate the electronic scale as required before each test.

  • Air jet sieve, sample pretreatment sieve
    If the sample is clumped or has already agglomerated, please use a sample pre-treatment sieve.
