1、 Preparation before startup
Low temperature refrigerated containerPlace in a ventilated and cool place, leaving a ≥ 10cm heat dissipation space on the back/sides, and a flat ground. Use an independently grounded 220V socket with no damage to the power cord. Clean the inner and outer walls and door seals with neutral detergent, let them dry, and run them empty for 4-6 hours (12-24 hours in ultra-low temperature boxes). After the temperature stabilizes, place the items.
2、 Temperature setting and startup
After powering on, enter the temperature control interface and set the temperature according to the item: drugs/vaccines 2 ℃~8 ℃, ordinary reagents -18 ℃~-20 ℃, biological samples -40 ℃~-86 ℃. Medical/scientific research use requires password protection to prevent misoperation, enabling alarm functions such as overheating and power failure, and regular calibration with third-party probes.
3、 Storage and Access Standards for Items
Partition sealed storage, loading capacity ≤ 80%, reserved air duct, not blocking the air outlet. After pre cooling the new sample, it should be placed in it and opened for ≤ 15 seconds at a time. Batch storage and retrieval should be done multiple times. Record temperature every 4 hours, and it is recommended to add an independent recorder to the ultra-low temperature box.
4、 Daily safety and exception handling
Do not touch low-temperature parts with wet hands, put flammable and explosive materials, and block the heat dissipation port. Before cooling, check the power supply and door seal, clean the condenser, and then restart; Immediately transfer the items to the backup box for over temperature alarm, troubleshoot and contact after-sales service; Frequent frosting requires checking the door seal and shortening the opening time.
5、 Shutdown and maintenance
Transfer items before shutting down, turn off the power after the box temperature rises, clean, dry and seal; Long term shutdown: Power on for 2-4 hours per month. Daily temperature checks and door seals, weekly cleaning, monthly defrosting of air ducts, quarterly condenser dust removal, and annual maintenance of the entire machine.
6、 Safety Warning
Wear antifreeze gloves and goggles for ultra-low temperature operations. Do not store chemicals and biological samples in a mixed manner, keep them away from sources of fire, and equip them with dry powder fire extinguishers.
