China Fuma Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as China Fuma Group), formerly known as the Machinery Company of the Ministry of Forestry, was established in 1979. In 1998, it was transferred to the National Large scale Enterprise Working Committee. In 2003, it was directly managed by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. In 2007, it was restructured with China Machinery Industry Group Co., Ltd. and became its wholly-owned subsidiary.
