Design of sensors with low sample size

905VThe sensor model is specifically designed for this purpose. The internal cavity of the oxygen sensor is only 0.1 milliliters, which is very small in volume. The sensor is located behind the front panel to avoid the consumption of sample volume. The sensor has input/output ports and a diameter of 0.03 inches. The sensor outlet is connected to a short narrow aperture tube for easy sample gas discharge and entry into zero or calibration gas.

Simplify calibration

The oxygen sensor output is very linear throughout the entire measurement range. This allows for single point calibration within the measurement range at any location. The span calibration is completed by testing the indoor air, and the reading should be 20.9% oxygen content. If necessary for internal testing programs, standard calibration can also be used.
