Previously, the emergence of laser trace uranium analyzers provided a relatively complete solution to the problem of trace uranium analysis and has been widely used in various fields. However, in the past two decades, practical experience has shown that the biggest disadvantage of this type of instrument is that the laser operates at high voltage and has a high failure rate. In addition, the service life of laser tubes is short, generally only about one year.

The MUA type trace uranium analyzer, which has been successfully developed, uses a more imported light source. The main feature of this light source is almost *, and the new tube used has a long lifespan. According to the manufacturer's data, it can analyze at least 100000 (standard addition method) uranium samples. Measurement object: Directly measure liquid samples. For solid samples, after conversion to aqueous solutions, do not separate or enrich them. Dilute them appropriately to quickly measure.

Detection limit: defined as three times the standard deviation, not exceeding 0.01x10-9 g/mol.

Measurement degree: within the range of uranium concentration from 0.1 to 20X10-4 g/mol, not exceeding ± 5%.

Range: 2x10-9 g/mol. If the sensitivity is changed, it can be extended to the order of 10-6 g/mol.

Measurement linearity: correlation coefficient greater than 0.9993

Time stability: Adjust sensitivity so that the reading of a sample with a uranium concentration of 2X10-9 g/mol is around 950. Preheat for one hour and measure. Read one number every hour and take the average of two readings for each reading. The maximum deviation of the nine readings after 8 hours should not exceed ± 6%.

This instrument is equipped with an RS232 interface and can be connected to a computer.
