Stainless steel pressure gauges are widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power stations. They can be used in situations where the measuring medium is highly corrosive, the working environment is harsh, and high seismic resistance requirements are required.
The YTF series stainless steel pressure gauge instrument consists of a pressure guiding system, a gear transmission mechanism, a reading device, and a housing. The outer shell is of an airtight structure, which can effectively protect the internal components from environmental influences and contamination invasion. For instruments that are filled with liquid inside the casing, they can resist severe vibrations in the working environment and reduce the pulsating effects of medium pressure.

1. For general corrosive media, if the stainless steel spring tube can withstand corrosion for 1-2 years, it can be used as an ammonia pressure gauge. When installing, the pressure tube should be short, and the buffer coil should be replaced with a buffer tank to prevent impurities from blocking.
2. If the medium corrodes stainless steel and copper, the buffer tank can be replaced with an isolation tank and a corrosion-resistant isolation liquid can be added. The type of anti liquid barrier can be selected according to the properties of the tested medium, but it is better to use it for more than six months without deterioration. If ordinary isolation fluids cannot be used, fluorine chlorine oil can be used as isolation fluid, but the price is very expensive, so the isolation tank needs to be made small, and fluorine oil needs to be recycled and reused during disassembly and assembly. enter
3. Diaphragm pressure gauges can be used, currently available in molybdenum titanium and tantalum sheets. Methyl silicone oil is used to transmit pressure between the diaphragm and the ballistic tube, with a small range of 0-100kPa. If the diaphragm material is not yet corrosion-resistant, a layer of F46 (perfluoroethylene propylene) diaphragm can be added, but the sensitivity of the instrument will be reduced. F46 can also be directly used as an isolation membrane, but attention should be paid to the permeability of the medium. Fluorine oil can be used as the transmission fluid, which can have a dual isolation effect.

1. Instrument name: It should be clearly defined as general pressure gauge, oxygen pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, ammonia pressure gauge, etc;
2. Instrument model: Different manufacturers have different models, but they must be clearly stated in the contract;
3. The outer diameter dimensions of the instrument are: diameter 40, diameter 60, diameter 100, diameter 150, diameter 200, diameter 250.
4. Installation methods: radial, axial, front edge, rear edge.

1. Instrument names: diaphragm pressure gauge, anti-corrosion pressure gauge, vibration resistant pressure gauge, diaphragm box pressure gauge, etc.
2. For diaphragm pressure gauge:
a. According to different purposes, the filling fluid inside the spring tube should be specified (such as silicone oil, glycerin, fluorine oil, edible oil, etc.);
b. According to the corrosion condition of the tested medium, the material of the membrane should be specified (such as SUS316, tantalum sheet, titanium sheet, Monel alloy, Hastelloy alloy, coating, etc.);
c. Truthfully connecting flanges, the execution standards, dimensions, materials, or coating requirements of the flanges should be clearly defined.
3. The damping fluid (such as silicone oil, glycerin, etc.) filled in the case of the anti vibration pressure gauge should be clearly specified.
4. The anti-corrosion pressure gauge should specify the materials of the joint, spring tube, and case according to the corrosiveness of the measured medium or the corrosiveness of the working environment.
