High speed refrigerated centrifugeIt is a laboratory machine that uses a motor to drive a rotor to rotate at high speed and uses centrifugal force to separate different components in a sample.
Characteristics of desktop high-speed freeze centrifuge:
Exquisite design, small size, and a total weight of only 33Kg, suitable for PCR experiments.
Exquisite appearance, easy operation, efficient freezing chamber design, automatic defrosting, high temperature control accuracy, and good cooling effect.
High speed long-term operation, sample temperature ≤ 4 ℃, imported Japanese fluorine free high-efficiency refrigeration compressor.
Adopting a DC speed regulating motor, it is durable and long-lasting.
Adopting the natural color extreme oxidation process, the surface of the rotary head has high corrosion resistance.
Compressor overheating and motor overspeed protection.
Dual protection of electronic lock and mechanical lock.
Stainless steel centrifugal chamber, fully sealed metal shell.
Balance of technology and vibration reduction settings.
Notes:
When centrifuging at high speed, the liquid must be filled in the centrifuge tube. Vacuum should be applied during centrifugation to prevent deformation of the centrifuge tube. If the sealing of the centrifuge tube cover is poor, the liquid cannot be filled to prevent overflow and affect the normal operation of the sensor.
2. Be sure to use a grounding wire. The substance added to the centrifuge tube should be relatively balanced. If it causes imbalance on both sides, it will cause significant damage to the centrifuge and at least shorten its service life.
When the centrifuge is in the pre cooling state, the centrifuge cover must be closed. After centrifugation, the rotor should be inverted and placed on the experimental table to dry the remaining water in the chamber. The centrifuge cover should be in the open state.
4. After tightening the rotary head cover, be sure to touch the gap between the rotary head and the cover with your fingers. If there is a gap, unscrew and tighten it again until it is confirmed that there is no gap before starting the centrifuge.
