The high-temperature aging test chamber is mainly used to simulate high-temperature environments, evaluate the performance stability and service life of products or materials under high-temperature conditions. Suitable for performance testing of electronic components, electrical materials, rubber, plastic, metal and other products in high temperature environments, as well as heat resistance verification of automotive parts and aerospace components.
The high-temperature aging test chamber simulates the aging process of products in high-temperature environments by controlling the temperature inside the chamber. Specifically, the heating element inside the test chamber heats the air to the set temperature and circulates the hot air inside the chamber through a fan to achieve uniform heating. This design can effectively simulate the aging process of materials in high-temperature environments, thereby evaluating the heat resistance of materials.
core component
Box structure: Adopting a sealed box design, the inner box material is usually stainless steel plate, and the outer box material is cold-rolled steel plate electrostatically sprayed, which is sturdy, beautiful, and durable. The insulation layer uses fine glass fiber cotton or aluminum silicate cotton to reduce heat loss.
Heating system: equipped with ceramic or far-infrared nickel chromium alloy heaters, combined with forced circulation fans to achieve a uniform temperature field. The heating system is an independent system that ensures the stability and accuracy of temperature control.
Control system: Adopting imported microcomputer temperature and humidity integrated controller, with P.I.D automatic calculation function, which can reduce the inconvenience caused by manual setting. The temperature control accuracy can reach ± 0.1 ℃, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
Safety protection device: It has an independent over temperature protection device. When the temperature inside the box exceeds the set value, it automatically cuts off the power supply of the whole machine, ensuring the safety of operators and test samples.
Application field
Electronic and electrical industry: used to test the stability and reliability of electronic components such as chips and circuit boards in high temperature environments, detect potential faults in advance, and improve product quality.
Automotive industry: Conduct high-temperature aging tests on automotive components such as engine parts and electronic control units to ensure the normal operation of vehicles under various climatic conditions.
Aerospace industry: provides important testing methods for materials and components of spacecraft, selects products that meet requirements, and ensures the successful execution of space missions.
Rubber and plastic industry: Evaluate the performance changes of rubber test pieces, plastic products and other materials under high temperature environment, such as strength, hardness, toughness, etc., to provide key data for the research and application of new materials.
New energy industry: Verify the performance and lifespan of solar panels, battery energy storage systems, etc. in high-temperature environments, and promote the development and application of new energy technologies.
