Programmable high and low temperature test chamber is an environmental reliability testing equipment
Date: 2025-08-29Read: 0
Programmable high and low temperature test chamber is an industrial equipment used to simulate high and low temperature environments, test the heat and cold resistance of materials, products or equipment, and is widely used in fields such as electronics, electrical appliances, automobiles, aerospace, scientific research, etc. The core function is to automatically control temperature changes through programs, simulate product usage scenarios in harsh high and low temperature environments or temperature cycling conditions, and verify the product's performance stability, durability, and resistance to environmental interference. It is widely used in fields such as electronics, automotive, aerospace, and materials.
Programmable "is the core feature that distinguishes it from ordinary high and low temperature chambers - that is, through programmable control systems (such as PLC, touch screen) to preset temperature curves (such as heating, cooling, constant temperature, cycle switching, etc.), the equipment can automatically execute the entire testing process without manual intervention, and can accurately record temperature data to meet standardized testing requirements.
Key features include:
Wide temperature range: Conventional models can reach low temperatures of -70 ℃~-40 ℃, and high temperatures of 100 ℃~200 ℃ (special customized models can be extended to ultra-low temperatures of -196 ℃ or high temperatures of 300 ℃);
Controllable temperature change rate: The heating/cooling rate is usually between 0.5 ℃/min and 15 ℃/min (fast temperature change models can reach 20 ℃/min or more), meeting the requirements of different standards for temperature change rate;
High temperature control accuracy: The temperature control accuracy is generally ± 0.5 ℃~± 1 ℃, with a uniformity of ≤± 2 ℃, ensuring the stability of the testing environment;
High degree of automation: supports multi segment program editing (such as 50-100 temperature change cycles), can automatically store test data, generate reports, and some models support remote monitoring.
Regular cleaning:
Clean the interior walls of the testing room every 1-2 weeks (wipe with a dry cloth, avoid using water or corrosive cleaning agents);
Clean the condenser every month (on the side/back of the equipment, blow away dust with compressed air to avoid poor heat dissipation and reduced cooling efficiency).
