Price of electric constant temperature incubatorInstructions for use
Before powering on, check the electrical performance of the incubator and pay attention to whether there is any open circuit or leakage.
2. The electric constant temperature incubator is ready and the test sample can be placed. Close the incubator door and adjust the exhaust valve appropriately.
3. Close the power switch to the on position and press the button below the instrument panel. Once you have set the desired temperature, the green indicator light on the instrument panel will turn on to start heating. As the temperature rises, the instrument window will display the measured temperature value. When the set value is reached, the red light on the instrument panel will turn on to stop heating. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the instrument will turn to green light again and heat up again, repeating the cycle to keep the temperature near the set value. When using instruments with time proportional, zero crossing, and phase-shift adjustment functions, the measured value may be higher or lower than the set static error correction due to the size of the load heating power. Adjusting the potentiometer can eliminate the deviation and adapt to different situations.
When the temperature is kept constant, its temperature often continues to rise due to the influence of residual heat, and this phenomenon tends to stabilize after about 90 minutes.
5. Items should not be placed too tightly inside the box to prevent blockage of cold and hot air convection and maintain uniform temperature inside the box.
Price of electric constant temperature incubatormaintenance
1. Regularly check whether the contacts of the temperature regulator are hairy or uneven. If so, the contacts can be sanded flat with a fine yarn cloth before use, and should be regularly wiped clean with a cleaning cloth to ensure good contact. Do not collide the metal pipes of indoor temperature regulators to avoid affecting sensitivity.
2. Before use, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the voltage of the power supply used matches. When using, the grounding wire of the power socket must be grounded according to regulations.
3. Do not squeeze the items inside the box too tightly, and leave space for natural air convection to accelerate the escape of humid air on the top of the wind.
4. The power cord should not be wrapped around metal objects or placed in high temperature or humid areas to prevent rubber aging and electrical leakage.
5. Do not put flammable materials in a drying oven without explosion-proof devices.
6. After each use, the power must be completely cut off and the inside and outside of the box should be kept clean regularly. Hang corresponding signs after cleaning is completed.
7. When powered on, never touch the electrical parts on the left side of the box with your hands or wipe them with a damp cloth or rinse them with water. During maintenance, the power should be cut off.
