  High speed defoaming centrifugeIt is a centrifugal device that can rotate at high speed in a low-temperature environment, mainly used for separating, concentrating, and purifying suspensions or emulsions in solutions. It is applied in experiments and scientific research such as molecular biology, molecular chemistry, clinical medicine, microbiology, virology, etc. It utilizes the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating rotor to cause substances with different settling coefficients in the suspension or emulsion inside the centrifuge tube to settle, thereby achieving the purpose of separation, concentration, and purification. At the same time, the temperature of the centrifuge chamber is controlled by a refrigeration system to meet the requirements of strict low-temperature control for the extraction of biological reagents.
Characteristics of high-speed defoaming centrifuge:
1. High speed rotation: It can rotate at a speed of 10000-100000 revolutions per minute, generating high centrifugal force to deposit molecules or particles in the sample to the bottom of the tube, achieving the purpose of separation and enrichment.
2. Low temperature protection: Equipped with a low temperature protection system, it can maintain a low temperature environment during the centrifugation process, effectively preventing sample denaturation and degradation, which is very important for experiments that need to preserve the integrity of biological samples.
3. Accurate control: Through the control system, parameters such as centrifugal speed, temperature, and time can be accurately controlled to ensure the accuracy and reproducibility of experimental results.
4. Multiple options for turning heads: Equipped with different types of turning heads, including fixed angle turning heads and horizontal turning heads, to meet different experimental needs.
Operation method of high-speed defoaming centrifuge:
1. Check the instrument: Before use, ensure that the centrifuge is in normal condition and there are no foreign objects falling into the chamber.
2. Choose the appropriate swivel head: Install and fix the appropriate swivel head according to the experimental requirements.
3. Parameter setting: After turning on the power, set the required parameters such as temperature, speed, and time on the control panel.
4. Sample loading: Load the liquid to be centrifuged into a suitable centrifuge tube and symmetrically place it into the rotor. Pay attention to balancing the load to prevent eccentric vibration.
5. Start centrifugation: Press the start button to start the centrifugation process. Automatically shut down after centrifugation.
6. Take out the sample: After the centrifuge stops rotating, open the cover and take out the sample for further processing.
Notes:
1. When using, the operating procedures should be strictly followed to ensure personal safety and equipment safety. Especially, attention should be paid to preventing aerosol contamination caused by centrifuge tube rupture.
2. Regularly clean and maintain the equipment to extend its service life and maintain good working condition. Especially pay attention to the cleaning and maintenance of the rotor.
If any abnormal situations are found during use (such as abnormal sound, excessive vibration, etc.), the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to use.
