Recently, the key project of the National Key R&D Program "Development of Major Scientific Instruments and Equipment" was approved for the year 2018 as the "High Precision Micro Silicon Resonant Pressure" projectsensorEngineering and Industrialization "has been launched and implemented in Taiyuan, Shanxi.
The project is led by Taiyuan Aviation Instrument Co., Ltd. and will focus on high-precision aviation onboard equipment, meteorological measuring instruments, and industrial control fieldspressure sensorThe key technologies to address the needs of sensors, including temperature, pressure, and multi parameter collaborative sensitive structure design, real-time in-situ temperature self compensation, chip low stress assembly, and reliability in complex environments such as aviation and meteorology, are to achieve autonomous controllability of core components, as well as in aviation atmospheric data acquisition systems, atmospheric pressure sensors, and localizationpressure controllerIndustrial application of instruments and equipment.
At the project kickoff meeting, the leading unit of the project officially established "two groups and one committee" to complete the implementation of project tasks: the overall project team, the technical expert group, and the user committee. The attending experts conducted a feasibility study meeting on the project implementation plan and had in-depth discussions on the risks and solutions that may arise during the project development process.
At the meeting, the management personnel of the Special Office of the High tech Center promoted policies on key R&D plan project management, implementation of project and research unit legal person responsibilities, strengthening scientific research integrity, fund management, and implementation of the "streamlining administration and delegating power" technology management reform measures. The relevant personnel of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology put forward specific requirements for a deep understanding and grasp of relevant management policies and guidelines.
