Check the status of vacuum seals and valves to ensure that the seals are intact, without aging or damage.

Verify that the emergency stop button, safety door lock, and other protective devices of the equipment are functioning properly and can be triggered normally.

Clean the surrounding channels of the equipment, remove irrelevant debris, and ensure smooth operation space.

2、 Safe operation during operation

Strictly follow the process documents to set parameters such as freeze-drying temperature, vacuum degree, and operating time, and unauthorized modifications are prohibited.

Wear protective gloves and goggles during operation, and avoid frostbite when in contact with low-temperature components.

It is forbidden to open the cabin door or touch the vacuum system during equipment operation to prevent negative pressure from injuring people or gas leakage.

Real time monitoring of equipment operation status. If there is an abnormal alarm, immediately press the emergency stop button and power off for troubleshooting.

3、 Safety procedures after shutdown

Gradually release pressure and increase temperature according to the prescribed procedures, and open the cabin door after the pressure inside the cabin returns to normal pressure.

After removing the materials, promptly turn off the power and gas sources of the equipment and cut off the energy supply.

Clean up residual materials and condensed water in the cabin, and keep the interior of the equipment clean and dry.

Fill in the equipment operation record, indicating the operation status and whether there are any abnormalities.

4Production type freeze dryerEmergency response in special circumstances

If a vacuum leak occurs, immediately stop the machine to release pressure, check the sealing components and replace them. After confirming that there is no leak, restart.

In the event of equipment overheating or catching fire, quickly cut off the power supply, use specialized firefighting equipment to extinguish the fire, and prohibit direct spraying with water.

When there is a malfunction in the refrigeration system, it is prohibited to disassemble and repair it on your own. Contact professional technicians for assistance.
