How to construct organoids that are more realistic and closer to the human body's internal environment in vitro has always been a hot topic in this field of research. Microfluidic based dynamic organoid culture can compensate for the lack of vascular systems, such as blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, in most of the currently constructed organoids in vitro. It not only prolongs the activity of organoids, but also facilitates drug diffusion and efficacy evaluation. Microfluidic technology enables the cascade of multiple organs, which can be used for the systemic toxicity evaluation of drugs.
