Semi-automatic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analyzerIt is a detection device based on the principle of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), mainly used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of analytes in biological samples. The basic working principle is to form an antigen antibody complex by specifically binding enzyme labeled antibodies to antigens in the test sample. Subsequently, specific substrates are added to react with enzymes, producing color changes or fluorescent signals. These signals are directly proportional to the concentration of the analyte, so they can be quantitatively analyzed through photoelectric colorimetry or fluorescence detection methods to achieve qualitative and quantitative detection of specific components in the sample.
Semi-automatic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analyzerPreparation before installation:
1. Environment selection:
Stable and sturdy tabletop: Choose a horizontal, stable, and vibration free experimental platform. Although the instrument operates with minimal vibration, a stable tabletop is a prerequisite for ensuring accurate readings.
Space requirement: Ensure that there is sufficient space around the instrument (recommended 10-15 centimeters in front, back, left, right) for heat dissipation, operation (insertion/removal of microplates), and maintenance. Avoid being in close proximity to walls or other equipment.
2. Environmental conditions:
Temperature: It is usually required to be between 15 ° C-30 ° C to avoid drastic temperature changes.
Humidity: It is recommended to maintain a relative humidity of 40% -60% RH to avoid high humidity environments that may cause condensation inside the instrument or moisture to electronic components.
Clean and dust-free: Avoid dust, smoke, corrosive gases, and direct sunlight.
No strong electromagnetic interference: Keep away from large motors, centrifuges, microwave ovens, and other equipment that may generate electromagnetic interference.
3. Power preparation:
Confirm the power requirements of the device (voltage, frequency, such as 100-240V, 50/60Hz).
Use an independent, well grounded three pin power socket. Grounding is the key to safe operation, and it is necessary to ensure that the power socket is effectively grounded.
Avoid sharing the same circuit with other high-power devices to prevent voltage fluctuations from affecting instrument performance.
4. Open box inspection:
Be careful when opening the box, remove the host, power cord, fuse (if any), 96 hole board holder (or adapter), instruction manual, software CD (if any), etc.
Refer to the packing list and check if all accessories are complete.
Carefully inspect the instrument casing for any damage, scratches, or deformation caused by transportation.
