The semi-automatic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analyzer has a wide range of applications, covering multiple key fields
Date: 2025-11-18Read: 1
Semi-automatic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analyzerIt is a detection device based on the principle of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), mainly used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of analytes in biological samples. The basic working principle is to form an antigen antibody complex by specifically binding enzyme labeled antibodies to antigens in the test sample. Subsequently, specific substrates are added to react with enzymes, producing color changes or fluorescent signals. These signals are directly proportional to the concentration of the analyte, so they can be quantitatively analyzed through photoelectric colorimetry or fluorescence detection methods to achieve qualitative and quantitative detection of specific components in the sample.
Semi-automatic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analyzerIts application scope is wide, covering multiple key areas, as follows:
1、 Biomedical and Clinical Diagnosis
Disease biomarker detection
Tumor markers: detecting alpha fetoprotein (AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), etc., to assist in early diagnosis and disease monitoring of cancer.
Hormone level: determine thyroid hormone, estrogen, progesterone, etc. to support the diagnosis of endocrine diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes).
Infectious diseases: Identify viral hepatitis, AIDS and other pathogens by detecting antibodies or antigens in the serum (such as hepatitis B surface antigen, HIV antibody).
Immune response analysis
Detecting changes in immunoglobulin (IgG, IgM, IgA) concentrations to provide diagnostic basis for immune system diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus.
Analyze the concentration of cytokines (such as interleukins and interferons), study immune regulatory mechanisms, inflammatory responses, and autoimmune diseases.
Routine health check ups
Detect blood glucose, blood lipid and other indicators, and assess the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other chronic diseases.
Allergen testing: Identifying allergens (such as dust mites and pollen) in the air or blood to support the diagnosis of allergic diseases.
2、 Drug development and clinical pharmacology
drug screening
High throughput screening of potential drug molecules to detect their binding ability or inhibitory activity towards targets (such as enzyme inhibitor screening).
Pharmacokinetic studies
Measure the concentration of drugs in plasma, analyze the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion processes of drugs, and optimize the administration plan. 3. Toxicity assessment
Evaluate the toxicity of drugs to cells or tissues (such as hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity) by detecting cell proliferation or death.
3、 Food safety testing
Hazardous substance detection
Pesticide residues: Detect the amount of organic phosphorus, amino acid esters and other pesticide residues in agricultural products to ensure that food meets safety standards.
Toxicity testing: Monitor the content of mycotoxins (such as aflatoxin B1) in food to prevent food poisoning.
Additive testing: Analyze the concentration of preservatives, pigments, and other additives in food to ensure consumer health.
Detection of genetically modified components
Identify genetically modified markers (such as CaMV 35S promoter and NOS terminator) and perform quantitative analysis on genetically modified foods.
4、 Environmental monitoring and protection
water quality testing
Detect bacteria (such as Escherichia coli), viruses (such as norovirus), and chemical pollutants (such as heavy metals and pesticides) in water bodies to ensure the safety of drinking water.
Soil pollution detection
Analyze the content of heavy metals (such as lead and cadmium) and organic pollutants (such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) in soil to guide farmland restoration and ecological protection.
Air quality monitoring
Detect harmful gases (such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides) and particulate matter (PM2.5, PM10) in the air, and evaluate the impact of pollution on health.
