Steps for using a rapid pesticide residue detector
Date: 2025-10-29Read: 1
Pesticide residue rapid detectorIt is a professional equipment used for rapid detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products, which can be widely applied in product quality supervision and inspection, health and epidemic prevention, environmental protection, business management, vegetable wholesale markets, vegetable production bases, supermarkets, shopping malls, pesticide residue monitoring systems and other departments for pesticide residue detection in vegetables and fruits.
  Pesticide residue rapid detectorUsage method:
1. Power on preheating: Connect the power and preheat the pesticide residue analyzer for a period of time.
2. Control test: Take a colorimetric dish, add buffer solution, enzyme solution, color developer, and substrate, shake well, and place it in the instrument for control test. Record the change in absorbance of the control.
3. Sample extraction: Take the sample to be tested (such as taking leaves from vegetables or fruit peels from fruits), cut it into appropriate sized fragments, place it in a triangular flask, add buffer solution and shake for a certain period of time to extract, and filter to obtain the pesticide residue extraction solution.
4. Sample testing: Take a colorimetric dish, add the test solution, enzyme solution, color developer, and substrate, shake well, and place it in the instrument for sample testing. Record the absorbance change value and calculate the inhibition rate.
5. Result determination: Determine whether the sample contains pesticide residues based on the inhibition rate. If the inhibition rate of the sample is ≥ 50%, it indicates that the pesticide residue in the sample exceeds the standard and is a positive result. Samples with positive results need to undergo two or more repeated tests, and if multiple tests still show a positive result, further confirmation using gas chromatography or other instruments is required.
