Usage Guide | Shore Hardness Tester Verification Device

The PTTC-S20A Shore (rubber) hardness tester calibration device is suitable for calibrating various Shore hardness testers, including domestic and imported pointer or digital displays. This video demonstrates the usage methods of commonly used functions such as sensor calibration, sensor calibration, and Shore hardness testing.

sensor calibration

Press' Sensor Calibration 'to enter the calibration interface, where force value calibration can be performed. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Calibrate the zero point to ensure that there are no objects placed in the sensing device. Then press the "OK" button to calibrate the zero point and proceed to the next point calibration.

2. Directly click on the standard value number to input the standard force value (update the calibration point).

3. Repeat these 7 steps to complete updating all calibration points.

Sensor calibration

Press "Sensor Calibration" to enter the calibration interface, where force sensor calibration can be performed. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Verify the zero point to ensure that there are no objects placed in the sensing device. Press the 'Clear' button to clear the gross weight. Then press the "Confirm" button to confirm the zero point and proceed to the next point for calibration.

2. Directly click on the standard value number to enter the standard force value (update the verification point).

3. Repeat these 7 steps to complete the update of all calibration points.

Shore hardness test

Interface composition: After the instrument is powered on, the system enters the startup screen and presses the "Click to enter test" button. Click on "HA or HD" to switch to the desired hardness type, click on the "Function Selection" button, and the instrument will enter the menu interface. Select the "Hardness Detection" button to enter the hardness detection interface, and click the "Clear" button to clear the previous detection sampling values and force values to zero. After completing an experiment, click the "Save" button to save the test data results.

Real time experimental data: Real time force values, hardness, and other information are displayed simultaneously.

Test Results Panel: After completing one experiment, display the current test results.

data query

Press the "Data Query" button to enter the menu interface of the instrument. The system provides two query methods: by number and by date, which can be selected according to the actual situation for querying.

Query by Date: Select "By Date" as the query method, enter the experimental date of the data to be queried, and press the "Query" button to perform the query.

Search by Number: Select "Search by Number" as the query method, enter the experiment number of the data to be queried, and press the "Search" button to search.
