Date: 2025-10-22Read: 2
1、 Daily maintenance
Cleaning and appearance maintenance
Detection window: After each use, gently wipe with a soft dust-free cloth to avoid damage caused by sharp objects scratching.
Shell: Regularly wipe with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Do not use strong acids, alkalis, or organic solvents to prevent corrosion or fading.
Window film replacement: If measuring sharp or protruding samples causes damage to the window film, it should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing, remove the upper and lower screws, open the baffle, tear off the old film, and replace with the new film.
Calibration and software management
Standard sample calibration: Calibrate every 3 months or according to the frequency of use to ensure detection accuracy.
Software update: Upgrade instrument software in a timely manner, fix potential issues, and optimize performance.
Data cleaning: Regularly delete historical data to avoid memory usage affecting running speed.
2、 Maintenance points
Battery Management
Avoid overcharging or discharging, and follow the instructions for charging. When not in use for a long time, keep the battery level at around 50% and charge it regularly to maintain its activity.
Replace the battery promptly upon discovering a decrease in battery life to ensure proper functioning of the device.
environmental control
Store in a dry, ventilated, and shockproof place, avoiding moisture, dust, or high temperature environments.
Use specialized protective boxes during transportation to prevent severe vibrations or falls.
3、 Safety usage regulations
Pre operation inspection
Confirm that the appearance of the equipment is intact, and that the power supply, display screen, and probe functions are normal.
The surface of the sample should be clean and free of oil stains and rust, and the size should meet the requirements of the instrument.
Precautions during operation
Avoid direct contact between the probe and the object being measured to prevent wear and equipment damage.
Stay away from high temperature, high humidity, and strong electromagnetic interference environments to ensure measurement stability.
Wearing protective equipment such as goggles and gloves is particularly crucial when dealing with harmful substances.
emergency response
Stop using the equipment immediately in case of any abnormalities, contact professional personnel for maintenance, and do not disassemble it by yourself.
Comply with local regulations to ensure that testing is legal and compliant.
