Prior to the standards in the petrochemical industry, sample analysis pretreatment was mainly carried out using a water bath gasification method, which was constrained by factors such as complex operation, sample repeatability, and safety. Now NB/SH/T 0230-2019; GB/T6023-2008 has been adopted as a flash evaporation method, which can change the discriminatory effect of low-temperature gasification on low concentration and high boiling point components due to the original hydrocarbon samples. It successfully solves the problems of authenticity, convenience, and safety in sample analysis that are difficult to sample.
