The fully automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer is an automated detection device designed based on the principle of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). It can fully automate the processes of sample dilution, reagent addition, incubation, plate washing, and result analysis. It mainly consists of three core modules: sample processing system, optical detection system, and control system.
The core of an enzyme immunoassay analyzer is a colorimeter, which uses a plastic microplate as a colorimetric dish. The light wave emitted by the light source lamp is converted into monochromatic light through a filter or monochromator, and enters the specimen to be tested in the microplate. Part of the light is absorbed by the specimen, and the other part is transmitted through the specimen and irradiated onto the photodetector. The photodetector converts the light signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and sent to the microprocessor for data processing and calculation, thereby obtaining the detection result.
The core of operating a fully automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer is to standardize the process and conduct regular maintenance.
Operation process:
Power on preparation: Connect the power, turn on the instrument switch, and perform a 2-3 minute self check preheating. Open the supporting software and enter the main menu.
Parameter settings: Select the measurement mode, enter necessary settings such as sample information and reagent parameters.
Loading samples: Place the processed samples into the sample tray and select the corresponding measurement program.
Start measurement: After checking that all settings are correct, press the "Start" button, and the instrument will automatically perform steps such as sample addition, incubation, plate washing, and detection.
Result output: After the measurement is completed, save the data and print the report using an external printer.
Shutdown: Remove the sample tray, perform the cleaning procedure, and then turn off the instrument.
Maintenance points:
Daily maintenance: Wipe the shell with a neutral cleaner, clean the outer wall of the sampling needle, check for leaks in the pipeline, and clean the waste liquid tank.
Regular maintenance: Check and replace worn parts (such as filters and light source lamps), clean the washing machine head with distilled water, and perform optical performance calibration.
Environmental requirements: The instrument should be placed in an environment without strong magnetic fields or vibrations, with a temperature of 15-40 ℃ and humidity of 15-85%, avoiding direct sunlight.
